This 1-hour class will incorporate all aspects of fitness including cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Every class will be structured in a different way to keep it fun and interesting. With great music and a fun environment, this class will make working out exciting and enjoyable. Please bring indoor running shoes and a water bottle. No session May 27.

Bring a water bottle and towel. Wear comfortable loose clothing and indoor shoes.
