Description
Change the downward drift with a natural face lift. Learn anti-aging facial self care, to soften jowls, laugh lines and firm the jawline. Followed by anti-aging yoga for the body, to reduce fatigue, strengthen bones and improve balance. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat.* Classes that do not reach the minimum 7 days prior to class start may be cancelled.
