Description
Mamas with babies 6 weeks-crawling age are welcome to join mommy/baby yoga. Enjoy the company of other moms in a similar stage of life while regaining strength, flexibility, and balance. We will explore safe post natal postures, breathe mindfully, and connect!Bring a yoga mat, small blanket, and water bottle.
