Yin Yoga is the type of Yoga that is mellow, slow, and focuses on long held stretches on the floor and standing. It focuses on range-of-motion (ROM) on the joints of the body. In doing so, it energizes all the muscle groups and gives the joints the encouragement and ability to be fluid and flexible, enhancing mobility. Perfect for inactive as well as active folks, as class members work at their own pace and their own ROM. No soreness after a session, relaxing and refreshing for both mind and body.Community Center
