Description
yinYoga is a gentle practice designed to address the deep connective tissues of the body, especially in and around the joints, through passive poses. Yin yoga poses are performed while seated or lying down where we apply light pressure through position, gravity, and body weight so that you can surrender into each shape comfortably for three to five minutes. Yin yoga is a calm, quiet practice that typically begins with meditation and ends in an extended Savasana for ultimate relaxation. Not recommended for those that are pregnant or hypermobile.
