Combining and alternating short cardio intervals with weight trainingis a great way to reduce fat, increase stamina, improve bone densityand balance, plus strengthen and tone your muscles. Sandy is anexperienced, skilled, and certified personal trainer, who emphasizesproper form, and modifies for all fitness abilities.
