Description

The Tosetti Institute offers a number of different options for students. We teach submission wrestling/no gi jiujitsu, martial arts fitness classes, and Historical European martial arts (long sword and side sword). Enrolling in the 2-hour course allows you to choose any or all of the classes that we offer (some are offered concurrently - you have the option of joining any class or classes on any day). Sparring is available for the submission wrestling/jiujitsu and HEMA classes.
