Description
Ages 18+Start your day with Yoga. This class will feature a warm up, slow flow, balances and cool down. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, use a yoga mat and have a water bottle.
The instructor will email the Zoom link prior to the first class.
Resident: $60.00
Non-Resident: $60.00 beginning Aug. 28

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
