Ages 18+Start your morning with Yoga. This class will feature a warm up, slow flow, balances and cool down.
PLEASE NOTE: The instructor will contact you prior to the first class to provide you with the Zoom Link for the class.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing, use a yoga mat and water bottle.
Resident: $20.00Non-Resident: $28.00 beginning May 30
