Description
Ages 15+
Start your day off right with yoga flow. This class will feature a warm up, slow flow, balances and cool down. (Intermediate to advanced level)
PLEASE NOTE: The instructor will contact you prior to the first class to provide you with the Zoom Link for the class.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing, use a yoga mat and water bottle.
Resident: $45.00 Non-Resident: $63.00 beginning Mar 20

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82%.
