Nutrition Consultation with Carmen.
Registered Dietitian, Carmen Roberts, will be available for free nutrition consultations for members 60+. If you are under 60 years old, there is a $55 fee due at the 50+ Center front desk on the date of your appointment. During this 30-minute session, the Registered Dietitian can answer questions about diet, nutrition and the impact of food on your health. * 3/30minute appointments per date.
Please note: Free 50+ Membership required. If you are not a member already, you will be asked to complete the registration before your appointment.

When signing up online, please register for only one 30-minute session during a single month. Please make sure you sign up for the correct Center for your in-person appointment. You may be accompanied by a partner at the session.
Carmen Roberts, MS, RD, LDN, has been serving as the Consulting Nutritionist for the Howard County 50+ Centers since April 2018. She has 25 years of experience in nutritional counseling, education, and writing, and has won several awards at the state and national level for her work as a dietitian. She enjoys teaching the local community about the role of nutrition in health, wellness, and chronic disease prevention.
