Therapeutic Aquacombines the best of aquatic exercise modalities recommended forchronic illnesses such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, andParkinson’s, or anyone challenged by an injury. Maintain and improvebalance, endurance, range of motion, strength, and flexibility while havingfun. Participants frequently report improvements with their sleep, balance,and pain management (experience varies per individual). Swim experienceis not necessary, but participants should be able to recover to a standingposition if they slip, and some splashing will occur. Note: Laced watershoes are highly recommended.
