Plainsboro Township Human Relations Council invites you to join them for International Day of Yoga. Encourages families to bond through movement and introduces kids to mindfulness in a fun way.
INSTRUCTOR: Deeksha Singh - Just Serenity
Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Please bring your own Yoga mats.
Only 1 member per immediate family needs to register, but please indicate how many immediate family members you will be bringing.
