Play Squash Academy world-ranked international coaches will introduce you to what Forbes magazine named the healthiest sport. Squash players learn life skills on the court that give them the mental and physical grit to succeed in all their endeavors! Designed to build racquet skills, physical fitness, and game confidence. Drills for learning, repetition and reinforcement are utilized to build strength and cardio conditioning while having fun. Match Play with active, positive coaching and critiques in an environment of camaraderie and support encourages each player to develop at their own pace. Emphasize on teamwork in a safe, supportive, and competitive environment where players learn sportsmanship and hard work. Players should wear athletic clothing, non-marking soled sneakers (no black soles), and bring safety goggles, a water bottle and snack (no nut products). Play Squash Academy provides all other equipment (including racquets and squash balls). All skill levels are welcome, best suited for beginners.
