Future Surgeons with Medical Me Paging all future surgeons. Get ready to scrub in! This is a great opportunity to role play as a surgeon while learning the importance of surgery, different types of surgeries, how surgeons prepare for procedures, and the tools used during surgery. Hands-on activities like using safe medical instruments and dressing up in surgical attire help make the learning experience more interactive. The class also emphasizes the importance of safety, hygiene, and taking care of one's health to promote a positive understanding of medical care among children. $35 materials fee due at start of first class.
Med School for Kids After School with Medical MeCome role play, work with models, develop skills, draw, think critically and creatively, and learn about being a doctor. Discover how to use doctor's tools. Learn how the brain, heart, lungs, and other organs work. Not only do you practice using doctor's tools, but you also take some of them home with you. $35 materials fee due at start of first class.
Veterinary Medicine After School with Medical MeYoung animal enthusiasts, come enjoy unparalleled opportunities to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of veterinary care for house pets! This unique experience blends fun, education, and hands-on activities to inspire the next generation of pet caregivers and veterinarians. Learn the essentials for caring for common house pets (dogs, cats, birds, and small mammals like rabbits and guinea pigs). $35 materials fee due at start of first class.
Medical & Dental School After School with Medical MeThis combination of Med School for Kids, Dental School for Kids and Being a Surgeon, allows you to role play as different types of doctors, work with models, develop skills, draw, think critically and creatively, and learn how to use medical tools. Learn about surgery, dental care, and other specialties in the medical world. During "graduation," take home your very own Dental Care & Dentures that you make in class! $35 materials fee due at start of first class.
Reptile Rangers - Scales, Tails and Shells with Medical MeJoin Medical Me staff for a super reptilian adventure! This interactive Reptile Rangers herpetology program is designed for those who are fascinated with snakes, lizards, turtles, frogs, and all things herpetological.
