About this event
AHIHA is a hockey school for deaf and hard of hearing hockey players who are actively participating in an organized hockey program and wish to improve their skills. We believe very strongly that our program should impose as little financial burden as possible to those we serve. AHIHA is a not-for-profit organization supported entirely by financial gifts from corporations, foundations, grants and contributions from individuals. There are no dues-paying members of the organization and athletes who participate in the annual hockey school are not assessed a fee for attending, however, to support the program, we ask each player to sell raffle tickets for our annual fundraiser. Players are responsible for their transportation to and from the school, hotel accommodations and meals.
