Latin and international rhythms with high impact, may be modified to your level. 2023 Senior Membership is required for this activity. These classes and programs are hybrid activities, with your choice of attending either in person or via Zoom. You will receive the meeting id and password prior to the first class. You will need a computer, laptop, iPad, or smartphone to join the Zoom class. If you attend in person, instructors will follow the current public health guidelines.
