This activity is closed to further registration.
Instructor: Brenda Olson. This class is for beginners as well as practicing students. Focus on safe and mindful movements, improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Developing greater self-awareness can help students better manage stress, reduce pain, and relieve tension. This is an ongoing class. Drop in rates are $12/$16 non resident.
