Description
Let us begin unleashing a powerful transformation toward healing and quieting the Body, Mind, and Spirit through the ancient art of Yoga Meditation. Maximize relaxation, de-stressing, and identifying yourself in a more positive way. You can truly master and understand who you are in the present moment by achieving peace and acceptance. Instruction is by a nationally certified experienced Yoga Instructor with over thousands of hours in the classroom.
Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to sit on a Yoga mat, or a cushion (bring your own) or on a chair.
No class on 10/6 and 10/20.
