We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
After a day of work, a refreshing, relaxing sensitively guided yoga class is just the call. This class is ideal for all ages and fitness level. Class welcomes new beginners.
Please bring a yoga mat and yoga block to class.
No class on 6/28 and 7/5. Class on 8/2 will take place at the Thomas Lasorda Field House.
