Description
This class focuses on technique and style through strong and sharp movements. Classes emphasize strength/stretch in warm-ups, technique across the floor, and fun and engaging routines. Students of varying skill levels are encouraged to give it a try; routines and exercises can be modified based on skill level.
No class on 11/2, 11/9, 11/23 and 12/7.
