Description
Marcia Hebard - a certified Active Aging Specialist, personal trainer, and yoga instructor will lead a 60-minute class focusing on exercises that help build balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, cognitive capability, and cardio/pulmonary capacity through seated and standing low impact movement.
This class is appropriate for seniors and those with mobility challenges.
