Be an entrepreneur and create your own baking business, logo, and specialty cookie. Students will learn the science behind baking the perfect cookie. Students will then create their specialty cookie and a bakery business plan that includes a logo, cookie packaging, nutrition label, and pricing. Each day students will bake and prepare the final packaging and product. On Friday, students will present their business plan and specialty cookies for tasting at a parent showcase. A t-shirt is included in the Program Fee.
