Unleash your Inner Diva by embracing and embodying your natural energy with this Feminine movement class on March 1 from 11 AM - 12:30 PM in room 204 at the Recreation Center.
The class celebrates grace and power and emphasizes elegance, sensuality, strength and flair.Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or we have a limited number to use during class.
