Description
This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
Join us as we embark on a meditative journey of pure relaxation through "Sound Meditation." Prepare to be embraced by the vibration sounds of singing bowls, pan drums, and more. Align and create a deeper connection with yourself. You don't need any prior experience.
Guests should bring a yoga mat and water. We have some mats available but on a limited basis. Blankets and pillows can be brought if desired but they are not required.Please note you will be lying on the mat on the floor. If you are unable a chair will be provided.Please arrive 15 min. early as class begins promptly.
