Travel into the world of Model UN, U.S. politics, and global issues! Students will enhance their debate and leadership skills while exploring the globe with new friends. This Model UN Boot camp is packed with interactive MUN simulations on diverse topics, public speaking labs, fun trivia and improv games, and engaging lessons. The session will culminate with a mock committee where students will represent a country, deliver a compelling opening speech, engage in dynamic debates, and collaborate with peers to draft a resolution. By the end of the session, students will be inspired to make a difference in the world and ready to excel in MUN at their high school and beyond, into their college life. A faculty member since 2014, “Dr. C” directs Oxbridge’s highly regarded Model United Nations program, which won state and national competitions in 2020, 2021 and 2023.
