Description

From mild and smoky to bold and fiery, hot sauce offers endless possibilities. In this hands-on workshop, we'll discuss pepper varieties, flavor development, vinegar-based and fermented sauces, and safe preservation methods. Participants will create their own seasonal hot sauce blend to take home. This class includes a culinary garden walk.
