Apples are one of the most versatile fruits for home preservation. In this beginner-friendly canning class, we'll make apple pie jam, discuss freezing, dehydrating, and storing apples, and demonstrate how to use a steam canner to safely preserve fresh apple juice. This class includes a culinary garden walk through the seasonal gardens.
