The last meeting was Sunday, October 29, 2023.Introduction to the teaching of asanas and pranayama (breath work) through 6 classes, that get progressively more challenging. Appropriate for beginners and intermediate students. Yoga mat required. Participants have the option to bring a blanket for warmth during savasana (relaxation). New skills and poses will be introduced each week.
About the instructor: Lisa Yogi started practicing yoga to strengthen a serious knee injury, inspired to teach, traveled to India to successfully complete a 500 hour yoga teacher training program. She is excited to help others experience the profound, physical and mental benefits of yoga and breath work.
