Class begins with gentle yoga for the body, helping to reduce fatigue, strengthen bones and improve balance. Followed by an anti-aging facial exercise routine, to be practiced at home. Addressing all parts of the face, including neck, laugh lines and forehead wrinkles. Appropriate for all levels, yoga mat required.* Classes that do not reach the minimum 7 days prior to class start may be cancelled
* Class will meet in Fairfax & La Brea Room on April 5
