If you are an Attending Parent/Adult Family Member, please register using this option. The fee helps cover insurance and camp expenses associated with your presence. Please note: One adult must register and remain onsite for each family with participating children under the age of 10. SPORTS OFFERED Basketball, Grappling, Lacrosse, Volleyball, Swimming PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. SCHEDULE Check-in is at 9:00 am at the West Chester University Student Recreation Center both days. Camp hours are from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. LOCATIONS West Chester University Student Recreation Center 275 N Campus Dr. West Chester, PA 19383 COVID-19 POLICY All persons present at camp must pass a self-administered COVID wellness check.
