This class offers a variety of different workouts like cardio kickboxing, aerobic dance, step aerobics and interval training. Each workout incorporates a warm-up, strength training with weights or resistance bands, core workout and a cool down with stretching. This is a perfect class for beginners and advanced individuals. This class will meet on: Mondays from 7-8pm Thursdays from 7-8pm Saturdays from 8:30-9:30am
