About this event
Students will learn prewriting strategies to organize and elaborate on their ideas and structure their written work. Students will learn how to write cohesive paragraphs with clear topic sentences early in the week, building up to writing thesis statements, body paragraphs, and conclusions during the latter half of the class. Students will also work on their proofreading skills using online editing programs, a thesaurus, and a dictionary.
