Coach Dylan will lead Yoga and Mindfulness camp will be a fun opportunity to test your child's core strength and help support peaceful stress relief methods. We will have our own mats to take care of during the camp and write their daily mantras on and will allow them to make it their peace mat. We will have mini Yoga flow sessions to introduce basic yoga movements and progress throughout the week. We also will do activities to get some energy out, that will include games, hikes and other activities to safely get outside. This camp will primarily be inside but, if weather allows then we may go outside for an activity. Please make sure you pack a reusable water bottle and a snack for your child, if your child participates in a morning camp please pack a lunch for them as well.
