PLEASE NOTE: Two books are included with registration: Pregnancy, Childbirth & Newborn Care, as well as HypnoBirthing, The Mongan Method. Comprehensive virtual series via Zoom Meetings, Pacific Standard Time. Learn guided imagery to help you visualize and plan your birth with calm and confidence. This 7-week series covers preparation for birth, newborn care, and basic breastfeeding information. Especially recommended for those wanting to minimize pain medication during labor.
