Everyone, every shape, and every age loves Zumba! It's the Latin fitness dance craze sweeping the nation. Now it's here in the desert. Zumba is a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system with upbeat, international music and dance steps. The instructor gives you non-verbal cues telling you what to do next. That way, you can listen to the music and feel the beat. It's a great way to exercise and have fun. No matter your fitness level, you'll love Zumba!
