Description

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity dance class that is a modified version of the popular Zumba exercise class. The class focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination while providing cardiovascular condition, muscle, and flexibility. The choreography is easy to follow and designed to be fun, with music from around the world including cumbia, merengue, salsa, and bachata.
