Discover the benefits of Tai Chi! Techniques taught stem from Tai Chi styles such as Chen. Tai Chi is a mind-body, low-impact form of exercise, often described as meditation in motion, but it may well be called medication in motion. Through practicing Tai Chi, our whole body movements constantly stimulate the brain's operation, not only help us to improve balance and body coordination which can help prevent all kinds of injuries and help us stay more effective as we age, but also has value in treating or preventing many chronic health problems.
