About this event
Discover the basic concepts and techniques of observational and imaginative drawing in this beginner class. Through various projects and exercises, students will explore the essential elements of drawings - line, shape, value, texture, and perspective using pencils, charcoal, and oil pastels. By the end of the class, students will have a solid foundation in drawing and the skills to continue their artistic journey. No previous experience required. All materials are provided. It is recommended that students bring to class a journal or sketchbook, as well as any source materials they wish to work with.
