Learn from a professional! Local master baker Bobbi T. will show you how to make two different fresh fruit pies, such as apple and peach, depending on what’s available and in season locally. Learn about prepping fruit, different thickeners, rolling pie dough for perfect flakiness, and what oven temperatures make a nicely browned crust. Once they’re baked, pies will be left to cool and can be picked up later in the afternoon.
