About this event
Take advantage of Telluride's prolific Farmer's Market bounty in this farm-to-table cooking class. We'll first take a trip to N. Oak Street to select fresh, seasonal produce from regional growers at the Telluride Farmers Market. Then we'll gather back in Ah Haa's Culinary Classroom to develop a delicious meal. The class may choose to make puff pastry tomato tarts with basil and goat cheese; pasta with kale-walnut pesto; charred summer squash with whipped feta and fresh herbs; spicy broccoli frittata; stone fruit biscuit cobbler; or anything else inspired by what looks good at the market. This class encourages improvisation and recipe adaptation.
