You’ve heard of ‘75 Hard,’ this is ‘75 Medium’ for those who are just starting their fitness journey, or those that are looking for the motivation to move more and eat healthier in the new year! The challenge is a fun, easy way to become active and registration will include the following: Challenge outline, fitness app recommendations, 5K training plan, meal prep/freezer meal recipes, and support from fellow participants.
