Description
Open to all dancers of all levels, this class emphasizes self-expression through movement. Build flexibility with stretching, try creative techniques with floor work, and learn choreography and opportunities for freeform movement. Connect with your body in a supportive environment.Instructor: Chelsea KingDance class located at the Bob Keefer Center (250 S. 32nd St.).Suggested to wear dance attire or easy to move in clothing.
