This activity is closed to further registration.
This class is to help calm and heal the mind and body through principles of mindfulness meditation; gentle alignment-based yoga poses; and restorative yoga poses. Props such as straps, blocks, cushions, chairs and yoga mats will be utilized when appropriate.
