USTA has created an Adult Red Ball Pilot Tennis program to introduce new players/ beginners to the sport of tennis. This lesson is 6 weeks for one hour one day a week. The class offers (Three Curriculum):

First three weeks:

Introduction and racquet grip, swing path, rally, footwork/movement

50% Learn skills, 50% Play

30% Learn skills, 70% Play

Last three weeks:

Review skills and play tennis (Match play Day)

10% Learn skills, 90% Play
