By registering for this program, you are committing to attend a minimum of 8 of the 9 practices AND committing to compete in both the Special Olympics Arizona (SOAZ) Four Peaks Area Tournament and the SOAZ State Basketball Tournament.
All athletes will be evaluated in the first few practices for team placement.

Current Special Olympics Athlete Medical Forms and Adaptive Recreation Forms must be submitted to AdaptiveRecreation@ScottsdaleAZ.gov before the start of this program.
Special Olympics sports are designed for people who are neurodivergent.
Fees for this program are non-refundable.
