Description
Learn the basics of Watercolor painting with local artist Heidi Michelle Woodmansee for a 4-week workshop. We will start at the very beginning, with techniques that are the foundation of Watercolor painting. Each lesson will be built on the one before, and participants will see their skills and confidence increase each week! A variety of washes, wet-in-wet, dry-brush, glazing, and line work are all covered in this four-week course. Practice makes perfect, participants supply their own materials to allow for at home study.
Heidi will demonstrate techniques, provide encouragement, gentle constructive critiques, and a variety of handouts to support class engagement. $5 materials fee is due the instructor at the beginning of the course. Registered attendees are assigned to all 4 workshops.

4 week course, Tuesdays (March, 3/4th 3/11th, 3/18th, 3/25th) 10:30-12:30pm
Cost: $200 resident, $220 for non-resident
