Adult Beginning: Learning the Basics
This course is designed to help participants gain basic aquatic skills and to learn universal swim strokes including the front crawl, breaststroke and elementary backstroke.
For participants age 14yrs old and up
If you are unsure about which level to register your child for, swim assessments are available. Assessments are held Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Appointments are not required.
