The world of comic books is full of heroes, villains, challenges and triumphs — and the heroes need help! Ready to see just what it takes to be super? In this camp, we combine your favorite heroes (and villains!) into a week full of art, science and engineering projects: fly alongside Superman, sling webs with Spiderman, use the Lasso of Truth like Wonder Woman, make a diorama of the Bat Cave, or construct a glove with claws like Wolverine. paint a mask to keep your identity a secret, create magic weaponry. Discover our own Superhero training camp and Hall of Fame and learn how to pencil and ink like professional comic book artists! Whether you’re an amazing avenger or an uncanny mutant, this camp is sure to be a lot of fun. Dive headfirst into the comic universe where student character development, art, science, creative thinking and community awareness reign supreme.
