Are you ready to take your training to the next level? Our highly trained instructors in TRX and small group training (SGT) will check your form, teach you new exercises, challenge you to the next level. You will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously through our SGT and TRX classes. We have all levels classes and will provide modifications in all of our classes.
